Ha all'attivo oltre 80 pubblicazioni su riviste italiane e straniere con “editorial board”; ha tenuto oltre 200 relazioni, comunicazioni e corsi; è stato invitato a presentare relazioni in Europa, Asia, Africa, nel Nord e nel Sud America; ha svolto attività didattica continuativa dal 1990 al 1999 presso il Centro Studi e Ricerche di Ortodonzia della Spezia e nel 2005 ha fondato il Centro Corsi Clinici dove continua l’attività didattica privata. Professore a contratto nel Corso di perfezionamento in Ortodonzia pre e post chirurgica dell'Università di Parma 1994-1996, nella Scuola di Specializzazione in Ortodonzia dell’Università di Ferrara dal 2000-2009 e nella Scuola di Specializzazione in Ortodonzia dell’Università di Cagliari 2010-2013. Attualmente è Professore Straordinario presso l’Università di Cagliari e Presidente del Comitato Scientifico Internazionale UO Odontoiatria dell’ Istituto Giannina Gaslini. Esercita esclusivamente l'Ortodonzia alla Spezia.
